Four days is our starting point. Your people, your pace, and your purpose shape the rest.
Design your expeditionNot another off-site
Appalachian Executive Expedition brings together guided UTV riding, a thoughtfully appointed mobile camp, and chef-led evenings. Trips are private for groups of 10 or more attending guests. Groups with fewer than 10 guests may be paired with another group.
We start by understanding who is coming and what would make the trip meaningful. Then we shape the riding, hospitality, time together, and logistics around that brief.

This is an illustration of how an expedition can unfold. Your final itinerary will identify the actual riding areas, camp arrangements, transfers, and inclusions.
Welcome your group, meet the expedition team, and get familiar with the machines and riding expectations. Ease into the trip before the first shared dinner.
Breakfast, a riding briefing, and a day shaped around the group. Scenic pauses and a relaxed lunch make the journey more than a series of miles.
Explore a new part of the approved itinerary. Return to camp with new stories, then settle into a signature chef-led evening.
A final breakfast and a considered finish. Departure timing and any final activities are planned around your group's onward travel.
The planning conversation
A leadership team and a group of lifelong friends do not need the same trip. That is why every expedition begins with a conversation.
Tell us about your groupGroup size, relationships, comfort levels, riding experience, and any practical needs we should consider.
Preferred dates and duration, the balance of riding and downtime, and whether you need space for a private discussion.
Accommodation preferences, dining, transportation, equipment, and budget are brought together in a clear individual proposal.
The next step
Sample experiences are not guaranteed inclusions. Routes, access permissions, weather, equipment, and service availability are confirmed for each departure before booking.
