03 / From throttle to table

The day doesn't end when the engines shut off.

A private executive chef turns camp into a wilderness dining room: exceptional ingredients, chophouse-inspired meals, beautifully plated courses, and nowhere else anyone needs to be.

Dinner becomes part of the story

The spirit of a great chophouse.
An entirely different setting.

Good food deserves more than a hurried hour.

The ride gives everyone something to talk about. The table gives you time to enjoy it. Thoughtful courses, seasonal ingredients, and generous hospitality turn dinner into one of the reasons you came.

No crowded dining room. No next seating. An unhurried table and an evening that has nowhere else to be. Trips are private for groups of 10 or more attending guests; smaller groups may be paired with another group.

A different table every night

Take your time.
There is another course.

TO BEGIN

Settle into the evening.

First courses that introduce the night's menu and give everyone a reason to put the day on pause.

AT THE CENTER

Make it memorable.

Chef-led mains inspired by great steak, seafood, and seasonal cooking. Local ingredients where available, prepared with care.

TO FINISH

Linger a little longer.

Something sweet, another story, and the pleasure of not needing to watch the time.

After the last course

Some of the best conversations happen after the engines shut off.

An extraordinary dinner is part of the experience. The people across from you are the point. The best host knows when to let the evening take its own direction.

Thoughtful hosting

Your guests.
Their tastes.

We discuss preferences and dietary requirements during planning, then shape the menu to the group, the season, and the departure. Breakfast, riding-day meals, beverages, and evening service are identified in your proposal.

Menus and service arrangements vary by departure. Please discuss food allergies directly during planning; an allergen-free environment is not guaranteed. Dining imagery illustrates the intended experience.
